I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was absolutely perfect. It was right in the heart of the city, surrounded by all the major sites. It made getting around so convenient and saved me a lot of time and hassle. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. They even arranged for breakfast to be ready for me at 3am when I had to leave early. The service was truly top-notch.
I highly recommend this hotel to others.

The breakfast provided a variety of options and the staff was friendly. the location was central, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.
The hotel appeared outdated and worn, in need of renovations. the room had some maintenance issues, such as a leaky ceiling and old bathroom fixtures.

the location was excellent, the staff very but very attentive and always ready to our concerns. the breakfast was spectacular, complete, we enjoyed it very much. the service we had parking for our car was always ready to our requirement was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. the room of wonder, very comfortable indeed, without problems with wifi
The only negative was the swimming pool. In emails sent to the hotel management, and before selecting it, we asked if the swimming pool in the period of our stay was enabled and if it was with hot water, because it was the plus that our children had to go to your hotel. Our surprise, and even more so for our children, is that it was cold water. With the desire to improve and that the options are clear, there would be no problem if this was reported and therefore customers decide whether to go or not, anyway not for this reason we would return.

room is very comfortable and just the right size for three. hotel is old, maintenance is noticeable, walking barefoot on the carpet was a pleasure. All the beds are comfortable. toiletries and towels were ready for the three of us (it is usual for us that one is missing), we did not have to ask for anything. breakfast was very complete, staff replenished quickly and efficiently. best thing, brownie. There's a mate team. elevator was always available, even though there were quite a few guests. good cleanliness.. Excellent location and treatment of the staff
The pool area is nice, however the water and room temperature should have been a little higher. It would also be better, a more extensive schedule for your use.. There's no outlet near the bed, it's a little far away, maybe because the hotel is old. The wifi in the room was sometimes lost. The frigobar didn't cool very well. However, it was details, we had a great time

I had a fantastic stay in a hotel centrally located in one of the liveliest districts of the city. the hotel was easily accessible from either the metro or getting around on foot and had plenty of places to explore around it. the staff made my stay unforgettable with their faultless service, and the daily breakfast was a tasty way to start the day! I enjoyed facilities that included a swimming pool, sauna and gym, providing me with a relaxing way to finish off my tour of the city.
The only drawback was an uncomfortable crowding on a few shared spaces that detracted from the experience.

Staff are very friendly and helpful
Unfortunately during my stay the WiFi was very poor. It was virtually non-existent in my room and erratic and poor in the longe near the reception. This does need to be improved. Fortunately the pleasant cafe, La Madelaine, on the corner of Avenida de 9 Julio and Cordoba has good free wifi and good coffee.

Very rich and abundant breakfast. Hotel highly recommended for families with small children, as it has a game room with a computer, 3 old game machines (tetris, the Simpsons and a plane battle), also a foosball table and buckets for the little ones. The pool is heated, is about 1 mt deep and is open from 6 to 9 pm. The wi-fi worked perfectly. It has a garage with a cost of $A 350 per night. The bathroom has hydro-massages and works perfectly. It also has a safe and works perfectly. It is an old hotel that is quite well maintained.
The bed is a bit soft, but we slept well. We were 4 guests (2 children and 2 adults) in one room. Every day they took the 4 games and left us only 2 sets of towels, but when they claimed them they brought us the 2 missing games.

Location and cleaning personnel
Very poor breakfast. Ceiling in the room and restaurant with humidity spots. I was charged the whole fee before even getting to the hotel. Booking assures me I would pay at the moment of getting there, not one month in advance!!!

Nice location. However very small and congested room. A "double" room not adequate for 2 people. Bed size very small no room to put luggage. Clean with a decent breakfast a plus. Overall wont stay there again.
"Double room" size not adequate. Limited english tv channels.

I loved staying at this centrally located hotel. Cleanliness was impressive. Hotel facilities were ample, including a swimming pool and gym. Transportation was easy with the subway just two blocks away. The location was perfect, surrounded by excellent restaurants.
Nothing to be said.

The buffet breakfast was plentiful and offered a great variety of fruits and bread. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shops, making it easy to get around. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay.
The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovations. The noise from the surrounding streets and nearby construction made it difficult to sleep at times.
